The second epic installment of Brandon Mull’s #1 New York Times bestselling fantasy series!

After the cliffhanger ending of A World Without Heroes, Jason is back in the world he’s always known—yet for all his efforts to get home, he finds himself itching to return to Lyrian. Jason knows that the shocking truth he learned from Maldor is precious information that all of his friends in Lyrian, including Rachel, need if they have any hope of surviving and defeating the evil emperor.

Meanwhile, Rachel and the others have discovered new enemies—as well as new abilities that could turn the tide of the entire quest. And as soon as Jason succeeds in crossing over to Lyrian, he’s in more danger than ever. Once the group reunites, they strive to convince their most-needed ally to join the war and form a rebellion strong enough to triumph over Maldor. At the center of it all, Jason and Rachel realize what roles they’re meant to play—and the answers are as surprising as they are gripping.

When Jason Walker returned to Earth he had two choices. Leave his family and friends again, and go help Rachel, Galloran, and the others or he could stay at home and live a guilty life. He picks option one of course, now his problem is getting back to Lyrian.

Now that Jason is back in Lyrian, and finding his friends, he must help them convince the people of the seed. Brandon Mull sends you to a world filled with Evil emperors, seed people, oracles, displacers, and way more in his funny and adventurous sequel.

Brandon Mull had me enchanted again. In the second book for Beyonders, Brandon Mull will have you hooked up in less than a second. I’m really glad that I can say that the second book is just as good as the first. Seeds of Rebellion has a lot of twist and turns, the ending caught me off guard. The writing and plot was great and I could practically envision everything as though I was right beside Jason.

If there’s one book that’s going to leave me waiting for more it’s this one. The third book, Chasing the Prophecy, in this awesome series can’t come fast enough. Are you sure ratings don’t go higher than 5?
