Books into Movies – A GIF Post

Greetings. Greetings.

*clears throat* Today, ladies and gentlemen I shall give you a list of books that I would love to have turned into a movie. (Hint hint directors)

Splintered

SPLINTERED by A.G. Howard
Hulllloooo this book is amazing. And Alice in Wonderland themed. And awesome.

Cinder

CINDER by Marissa Meyer
Cyborg Cinderella. Must I say more?

Shadow and Bone

SHADOW AND BONE by Leigh Bardugo
It seems that the Grisha trilogy are recurring books in my posts.

Falling Kingdoms

FALLING KINGDOMS by Morgan Rhodes
Magic. Kingdoms. War.

Pawn

PAWN by Aimee Carter
This blew me away.

Perfect Ruin

PERFECT RUIN by Lauren DeStefano
The book was a little slow in some parts but it was still pretty good. And movies are usually alot faster than books.

Twinmaker

TWINMAKER by Sean Williams
I will admit I didn’t even expect to like this book but it was amazing, and it could make an AWESOME movie.

Fairytale

THE SCHOOL FOR GOOD AND EVIL by Soman Chainani
Now this would be an epic movie.

Kingdom

THE HERO’S GUIDE TO SAVING YOUR KINGDOM by Christopher Healy
Prince Charmings and hilarity.

I shall come to an end here. But really these would make epic movies. I’m not even joking. Now that’s something.

Any books you’d like to see turned into a movie?

Good news, dearie! Shadow and Bone + The School for Good and Evil are both being made into movies *cue fanfare*
I am personally very excited about both of these upcoming movies. I just hope they stick to the already amazing storylines and don’t completely ruin them, as had been done before D:
And I totally agree with you about Splintered and Cinder – I think they would both be epic movies!

I’ve only read two of these books (Cinder and The Hero’s Guide) but I couldn’t agree more. They both would make wonderful movies (as long as they were done well).

Ooh a Cinder movie would be AWESOME! Imagine seeing the Eastern Commonwealth on the big screen?

Interesting book-to-movie recommendations, my current B2M ideas would be The Madman’s Daughter, Night Circus, and Code Name Verity. Those are the only ones I can think of right now, OR the other books I’ve read are already movies -_-‘

OH man, Cinder and Perfect Ruin would be fantastic movies. I would also love to see Gail Carriger’s Finishing School series on the big screen. We need more steampunk movies in the world. :)

I can definitely see Cinder as a movie! I’d also love to see Legend by Marie Lu (because we need more dystopians in the world) and The Girl of Fire and Thorns by Rae Carson (because there aren’t nearly enough GOOD fantasy movies out there!). :)

I totally agree with The School for Good and Evil. I can also see that as a t.v. series.
